Work vs. Relationships: A Necessary Conflict?

Those working outside of the family have a tension between their relationships with their co-workers, helpers forged in the struggle of dominion taking, and their family back home. As Christians we should reject this tension that is an outcome of the destruction of the family economy, and should embrace an economic system that unifies relationships and work, namely family economics. Work and relationships are very important for each other, and form a grand unity that was designed by God.
